The building process can be long and tedious but we utilize technology to create convenience around your lifestyle, not ours. We manage every detail and we even have an in-house realtor in case you need us to source the perfect lot to build. Best of all, we do the design work up front before you are ever locked into a full contract because in this market, how on earth can you have an accurate price on a custom home when it hasn't been designed yet??

Intro consult to learn more about your project and give you more details on how we work and our process.

Homework! We ask you to answer our questionnaire and put together a quick inspo board via our Pinterest page so that we can get a true insight into your style and aesthetic.

Meeting to review our rough initial budget. We swing for the fences on everything you want out of the gate so that we can work on scaling back to fit your budget early on in the process, rather than trying to upsell you along the way and blowing your budget.

This is the point where we decide if we are mutually a good fit. If so, then we sign a contract to complete the design phase. We will do everything up until the point of submitting for permits. If we can design the house you love for the right price then we will sign a construction contract to complete the project. You will know down to the penny what you are spending before you ever commit to the complete project. This is what makes us different!
